Black Scorpion Contracting Ltd is 100% Metis-owned and has been operating in the Lac La Biche, Conklin and the North Eastern Alberta area for the past 25 years since 1997. During this time, the company has evolved to serve the area with gravel trucks equipped for regular aggregate hauling, transport of contaminated soil products, as well as snow removal. The purchase of a water truck with a 110 BBL, 406 aluminum tank (non-potable) for dust control and winter freezing construction projects. The original focus of Black Scorpion Contracting continues to provide quality plant operators for the natural gas industry.

We have a continued working history within the SRP (site rehabilitation program) for the Government of Alberta and are currently approved, Indigenous vendors on their website. We have accomplished a few projects since this program’s conception.

Offering specialized consultant roles, foreman, supervisors with equipment operators along with labourers to take on any task you may need to be done in the Oil & Gas Industry. Our founder and owner comes with over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the Industry.

Black Scorpion Contracting provides skid steer services to maintain access in the winter with snow removal, keep leases in top shape during summer with gravel conditioning or spreading of additional aggregate, spill cleanups or whatever services you may require of the skid steers.
