Swamp Cats Ltd. is a 100% Aboriginally and Locally owned at operated company based in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Started in 1996 by Vern McDonald Swamp Cats Ltd., a dedicated management team and equipment maintenance department, constantly growing equipment and trucking inventory and multiple service and maintenance facilities throughout Alberta means we can complete any project, big or small. Swamp Cats Limited has the iron to get the job done.

Vacuum Truck
Description:
Onsite fluids/solids management, cleaning environmental spills, equipment, pipeline drains, compressor sumps, tank stings, clean out slop tray, door pulls, pigging services, clean out tank vaults, service rig work, cleaning production/storage tank/pressure vessel as well as the hauling of drilling waste for land spray, sump, and facility disposal.
Semi-Vac
Description:
Haul sand or other various fluid/sludge waste associated with oil and gas operations to the appropriate waste management facilities and/or locations as directed by a Husky representative and service rig work.
Water Truck
Description:
Carries source or fresh water for oil and gas operations, which may include but is not limited to drilling rig, completions supply, testing pipelines, clean/pigging flow-lines, dust suppression, extra water for hydro-vac services, wash water for door pulls, production/storage tanks and production vessel cleaning as well as vault cleanout.
Steamer
Description:
Oil spill cleanup, thawing services, and production/storage tank/vessel cleaning
Hot Oiler
Description:
Wax control, production tank heating, and frac fluid heating.
Pressure Truck
Description:
Chemical batch, methanol pumping, pressure testing, pigging, blowing drains, packer isolation test, substance removal, well loads, tank stings, door pulls, production/storage tank/pressure vessel cleaning, pushing flow lines, and service rig work.
Combo
Description:
Cleaning of oil spill, drilling or service rig and associated equipment, wellheads, production tank, service, and miscellaneous oilfield equipment, as well as service rig work.
Flush-by
Description:
Repair rod breaks, polish rod/top drive repairs, insert pump changes, sanded up well flush-by, well load, and coil tubing rod side.
Rod Rig
Description:
Repair rod breaks, replace rotors/rod strings, insert pump changes, and coil tubing rod side entry.
Mobile Boiler
Description:
Provides dry steam and heating for well service operations such as BOP/kill fluid heating, and thawing services.
Hydrovac
Description:
To undertake the exposure, trenching and safe excavation within the ground disturbance work areas .
Fluid Hauling
Description:
Fluid hauling services from the facilities to various disposal, treatment and terminal locations in support of the production and commercial operations. The contractor is required to load, transport and unload: 1. Produced water; 2. Emulsion; 3. Clean Oil; and 4. Condensate.
